Terms of Payment
As FITA’s business model is Business to Business, in accordance with domestic policy, under normal circumstances, overseas orders need to provide TT bank transfer: small orders will be prepared after receiving 100% payment, and expected to be shipped in 2-3 working days; OEM orders will be shipped with a 50% deposit, and the remaining 50% will be shipped after receiving the payment.
Order Arrangement and Delivery
1. According to the final revised PO, our sales representative will send you a pro forma invoice, then we will confirm the stock and delivery date with you within 1-2 working days after we receive the bank receipt; OEM orders leadtime are normally about 35 days after the confirmation of mass production samples. When 50% of the deposit is received to start arranging mass production, and the remaining 50% is paid before shipment.
2.Before shipment, our sales representative will provide you with pictures of the goods before they are sealed, and after shipment, we will provide you with the packing list and invoice documents, as well as the courier number of the goods.
3.When you receive the goods first check the goods intact, it is suggested that you take pictures before and after the opening of the box to save, in order to meet the goods due to all the abnormalities that occur during transportation can provide relevant evidence to support.
Warranty
If you find the goods have quality problems, please contact your sales representative as soon as possible and provide a detailed description of the problem and related information in the form of video or pictures, we will trace the problem and get back to you as soon as possible, if the product quality problem is not caused by man-made reasons, we will provide an exchange service.
